  • aussie educator - explore the Curriculum (science) resources
  • Frontiers of Science - science comic strips from the 1960s-1980s, created in Sydney and published worldwide.
  • Geoset (Global Educational Outreach in Science, Engineering and Technology) - Videos and other material on science and technology subjects, organized by age level and topic. Free to download and use in teaching. "valuable downloadable teaching resource material created by the best science and technology experts and educators"
  • Jurassic CSI -- series of free videos from National Geographic investigates dinosaurs using crime scene technologies.
  • National Science Digital Library (US) - amongst their wealth of resources they provides material for K-12 teachers. They also have a great K-12 search facility, where you can specify level plus format (as well as topic)
  • School Science Lessons - school science experiments and investigations in physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, geology, weather studies, agriculture projects for primary and secondary schools; free to download for educational purposes.
  • The Scale of the Universe (2) Interactive model.  Slide the scale to zoom in and out.  Click on an object to learn more about it (coffee beans, ants, blue whales, the moon, Italy, all apparently to scale.)
  • Science Image (CSIRO) -- free searchable library of science and nature images and videos, all under Creative Commons.
